I’m Ronan Delisle. I’m a guitarist, producer, and educator with the good fortune of having a vibrant musical life here in Los Angeles. I bring my experience a session guitarist, composer/songwriter, educator, and producer to every situation I’m asked to contribute to. Teaching has always been an important part of my career, as I’ve benefited greatly for inspiring teachers growing up.
After maintaining a studio of all experience levels and styles for years, I've shifted towards a more mentorship oriented approach to my studio aimed at students looking for more than casual lessons. I’m now welcoming inquiries for private mentorship in improvisation, guitar performance, music production, music theory, and creative practice/organization.

I teach from my home studio in Silver Lake and also online via Zoom or Face Time. Online lessons feature high-quality audio and remote file sharing to keep track of lesson resources.

I choose to frame my lessons studio as a mentorship program. The idea of being a musical mentor is more powerful to me than just being a guitar teacher, because it means I’m invested in the person’s holistic musical success rather than just teaching an instrument.

My rates as of January 2025 are $95 per hour, $75 for 45 minutes and $65 for 30 minutes.

While I don’t currently offer any bundles or discounts, I aim to be adaptable to the financial situation of individual students. I’m very open to conversations around affordability and invite students to make their situation clear to me to start a conversation.
